Jason Behrens has worked at the Agassiz since May of 2009. His studies in Anthropology at U. Mass Amherst piqued his interest in the development of young children's sense of self. He loves watching their imaginative play and ever-present curiosity. He is a supporter of the kids learning to self-advocate and to use their words to explain their feelings. His innate connection with the kids is apparent every day as he helps them learn through personal interaction and play.
