A giant thank you to all of you who worked the workday on the weekend. It was so fabulous to be at the new school & see the camaraderie, good energy & hard work. The building is looking stunning & it’s so fun to see how you all are putting in your mark. It really is a community effort & your hard work & time sacrifice is paying off big time! And our amazing organizers have gone beyond all expectations! It is so exciting & we are extremely grateful.

We welcome all prospective families to our Agassiz Preschool open house! There you and your child will get to meet our teachers and staff while you explore our school. We’ll chat about what a co-op is like, what happens during a school day, and our philosophy of teaching. You’ll meet our parents and their kids to get first hand knowledge of their experiences at our school.

We’d love to meet your child too! There will be plenty of art projects and games for your little one to play while we chat.

Everyone, thank you so much for your enthusiastic participation in this year’s tree sale – the set up, the sales, the take down…you all did amazing work.

Our profit was over $12,000 this year.  As you know this money is a major part of our scholarship fund, and will really help out so much with a young child’s education. Moreover, this was the first year in all of our 25 years of the tree sale that we sold out, not to mention sold out ahead of schedule!  You must all be some savvy salespeople, to be sure.

The annual Christmas tree sale is underway!

The tree sale is the fund raising tool for our scholarship fund, and its history stretches back 25 years.

We are selling trees and wreaths in front of the white church by Mass Ave in Porter Square. The sale will continue until December 20th.

We are thrilled to announce that we HAVE CLOSED on a new property at 184 Summer Street (corner of Spring and Summer) in Somerville at the end of April! 184 Summer meets our needs with a large outdoor space, plenty of light-filled rooms for open play areas, and a central location very close to our current community.
