Snack Guide
Each family is required to bring snack to school about once every six weeks. Please bring snack between 8:30 and 9:00 so parent helpers will have a chance to do any necessary preparations. it is not necessary to peel and cut fruits and vegetables. Teachers/parent helpers will do this just before serving. You will be serving approximately 40 children.
Please note – Agassiz is a completely nut free zone.
We are making snack a whole lot easier, and also creating a safe place for the kids with food allergies. Please read ingredients carefully and make sure that there is NO wheat, egg, nuts, oranges, lemons. Do not bring in any food items which states “May contain traces of…”Some allergies are life threatening so be absolutely sure before buying anything. Ask if you are unsure!

Monday
- Rice/Corn cakes
- Cheese
- Fuit/Vegetable

Tuesday
- Corn tortilla chips/Rice Crackers
- Hummus/Salsa/Avocado dip/Cream cheese
- Fruit/Vegetable
- 2 gallons of water
Wednesday
- Rice
- Grated cheese
- Black beans
- 2 gallons of water
Thursday
- Rice pasta (or Annie’s RICE mac and cheese_
- Grated cheese
- Fruit/vegetable

Friday
- Granola/Oatios
- Yogurt
- Fruit/Vegetable
